This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for VaultBro, operated by Stratonix Systems LLP. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Our 90-day money-back guarantee
We want you to be confident in VaultBro. If you're not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 90 days of your initial purchase, no questions asked.
2. How billing works
- VaultBro is a single annual subscription. Your card is charged immediately when you sign up.
- Your subscription renews automatically each year unless you cancel before the renewal date.
- Our reseller and payment provider, Paddle, acts as the merchant of record. This means Paddle is the seller for your purchase, your receipt comes from Paddle, and Paddle handles applicable sales tax, VAT, and GST.
3. What the guarantee covers
- The 90-day full refund applies to your first (initial) annual purchase.
- After 90 days, the initial subscription is non-refundable, but you can cancel auto-renewal at any time to avoid being charged again.
- Renewals: annual renewal charges are non-refundable. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel auto-renewal before your renewal date.
4. How to request a refund
Email support@vaultbro.com from the address on your account, or request the refund through Paddle using the details on your Paddle receipt. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card provider, typically within 5 to 10 business days.
5. What happens after a refund
When a refund is issued:
- Your subscription ends and access to paid features stops.
- In line with our Privacy Policy, your account data and documents are permanently deleted within 7 days if you delete your account. Export anything you want to keep before requesting deletion.
6. Fairness
The guarantee is offered in good faith. We may decline refund requests that are abusive or fraudulent (for example, repeated sign-up-and-refund cycles).
7. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects any mandatory refund or cancellation rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your country, which apply in addition to this guarantee.
